I am an Administrative Assistant from Venezuela living in Colombia, with 8 years of experience. This role allows me to develop many skills such as my focus on attention, to be well organized, a great listener and communicator, quick thinker, and effective decision-maker. Also, my abilities in MS office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data entry, redaction, file management, handling phone calls, and email account. 

A few of the tasks that I performed were creating forms, spreadsheets, databases, taking notes, scheduling meetings, speeding up processes. I am very focus and passionate about my work. My goal is to work with business people that need help to organize their time and processes, also that appreciate creative and detailed oriented personnel. 

In my professional journey as an Administrative Assistant, I nurtured business management and administration skills such as being capable to manage and train personnel; being well-organized and able to multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail, proficient to work easily scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, managing phone calls, and email account. I also developed myself in planning and coordinating activities, execution, and fulfillment of production processes. I grew my skills in redaction, data entry, file organization and management, and Windows and MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

Moreover, I have a basic knowledge of Marketing & Sales which I think is a plus to this role by deciphering the client's needs by offering personalized attention, demonstrate to the client how important he/she is to the business, generating a value proposition that captures the ideal client’s attention (niche) and allows them to build their loyalty to the brand and creating content that helps the audience to solve their problems by using copywriting skills.
