Hi! I’m April, a highly organized and reliable Administrative and Executive Assistant with nearly five years of experience supporting executives and managing office operations, primarily in the trucking and mining industries. I specialize in providing professional remote administrative support, with a strong focus on data entry, document control, calendar management, billing, and client coordination.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in fast-paced environments that required a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and independence. In my previous role as Executive Assistant to the company president, I handled her calendar, meeting schedules, and confidential communication. I was responsible for preparing daily reports, organizing documents, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and resolving administrative challenges, making sure everything runs efficiently day-to-day.

I also worked as a Billing Officer and Admin Staff, where I was responsible for processing and issuing accurate invoices based on trip logs and service contracts. I reviewed delivery receipts, monitored fuel usage, logged daily dispatch records, and handled payroll and DTR (daily time record) preparation. Because I was often the only office staff on site, I learned to be resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented.
