Worked as a Backoffice Agent then was promoted as Quality Auditor.

The account that we handled was an Australian Bank. As an agent we we're doing the process for bank card concerns. Whether it is a new or loss bank cards, change of information, we can also provide statements and check for fraudulent transactions. We only do back end processes.

As a Quality Auditor, we do the last checking internally before we proceed all the process in which customer is already involved. For instance, a customer requested for a new bank card before the expedite I made sure the correct information is used. Address, Contact numbers and such. 

Recording of all the process that was accomplished at the end of working day.
