Customer Service Manager-Trainer-VA

I have several years of customer service experience over the phone and online dealing with US & UK customers in financial advisor service, I started out as a CSR, then got promoted to Team Lead position and trainer coordinator. My main responsibilities include ensuring my team meets the client's Key Performance Metrics and Service Level Agreements, keep the team motivated, provide coaching and feedback and take escalated calls. I have several years of supporting customer in the hospitality and central reservation system for hotels due to my work in mangrove bay resort for 6 years. As I transfer client data from property management software to a Google Docs spreadsheet, communicate directly with clients after a reservation has been made to obtain required information such as flight number, check in time, and contact details, answering any pre-check in questions the client may have before their arrival, email guest agreements, apply and cancel subscriptions. Also, due to my studies, I am a professional translator/proofreader of general English and Arabic language, I can guarantee accurate and precise translations with a dedication to meeting deadlines. On a more personal level, I am self-motivated, positive and have an enthusiastic 'can do’ attitude that drives me to succeed in any tasks that I am given.
