I have been working as a Customer Service Representative, Technical Support Representative and Sales Agent for more than 9 years now. I started working when I was 17 years old in a home-based call center. I have learned so much being a Customer Representative, Technical Support and Sales Agent. I have acquired so much knowledge in each area which helped me land beautiful opportunities here. I am a Virtual Assistant and Marketing Manager for almost a year now (which I thought was out of my scope). Continuous reading, research and being open to learn new things are what lead me to landing the job. I always believe that if you put your mind into something and you work hard for it there is nothing impossible. I am open to any tasks as long as it would help me improve and/or add to my knowledge.
