With over than 10 years’ experience of Customer Service including a strong technical background; inside a large customer service environment in parallel with hard learning and working that switch me to be strong enough to provide a magnificent customer service support, related e-mails, ticket and phone support, I could do anything to treat your customers. I am fully believing in myself and my passion to understand the customers' needs in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Through my work journey as a Customer Service and sales agent, I have been able to strop my personal skills which are essential to provide a high-quality customer service, such as patience, clearness, caution, positive attitude, time management, empathy, promptitude, persuasiveness and how to be calm. If I face a new product I try my best to learn about, to be also fully familiarized with it, one of the important reasons that help me to be fully conviction and lead to provide the best possible support to customers.
