Professional CS & Sales Coach - Trainer - Consultant

Things I believe that I am a strong, dedicated and passionate, highly motivated, details oriented, and a self-starter person that does everything to the best of my ability. I will not be satisfied if I know I have not tried my hardest. I try to surround myself with people that inspire and drive me to become better.

I have over ten years of experience starting from Sales, Customer service and Training with a strong technical background; And would like to develop my skill base further in a commercial and progressive environment. Professional verbal and written communication skills (English/Arabic) and looking forward to develop my skills base further in a commercial and progressive environment.

As you can see from my resume, my academic and leisure activities have given me the capacity and confidence to work with people from a variety of social backgrounds. My ability to work under pressure has been illustrated by my handling of the requirement to study and to juggle domestic responsibilities efficiently. I believe that through the research for my dissertation I have shown myself to be capable of organizing my time effectively and using my initiative to come up with original ideas.
