With over than 10 years’ experience in Sales including a strong technical background; inside a large Sales environment in parallel with hard learning and working that switch me to be strong enough to provide a magnificent sales support. I am fully believing in myself and my passion to understand the Sales needs in order to achieve a high level of company satisfaction. Through my work journey as a Sales Rep, I have been able to strop my personal skills which are essential to provide a high-quality customer service, such as patience, clearness, caution, positive attitude, time management, empathy, promptitude, persuasiveness and how to be calm. If I face a new product I try my best to learn about, to be also fully familiarized with it, one of the important reasons that help me to be fully conviction and lead to provide the best possible support to customers. Trough my management experience I use my abilities and skills to search, select and recruit the suitable candidates for the business, and thankfully my selections stay longer which reduce the turnover rates.
