I helped my clients with rates, customs requirement, trucking and operations (loading of the cargoes).  My clients trusts me to handle their cargoes from end-to-end under my supervision.  They give the instructions and they let me handle all the operations and procedures by myself.  They trust my judgement and authorize me to proceed with whatever is needed.  I just make sure to give them updates from time to time.  If problem arise, I make sure that I always have a solution ready so I can inform them.  But I also see to it that if the issue is beyond my authority, I let them decide on it and just assist them in solving the mix up.

I am always present during the loading operations to assure the safety and to check if it is the right commodity is being loaded in the container.  I also monitor of the hauling of the container from the container yard to the warehouse of the shipper, wherein the loading takes place until it arrives at the terminal port and received by the proper authority at the port.   All documents are well taken cared off,  from carrier,  booking, customs declaration, invoice and packing list.

As for financial aspects, the client pays me 100% of my quotation especially for the project cargo.  After the vessel departure,  all necessary documents, Bill of Lading and others will be submitted to the client.  During in transit of the cargoes, I always  coordinate with the carrier  and  with our delivery agent for the status of the cargoes and update the client until it arrives at the destination and delivered to the end buyer.
