Over the last 29 years I have worked with BRAC (Bangladeshi International NGO) and UDDIPAN (national level NGO) and experienced on Human Resource Management policy and procedures, HR planning, Organizational policy, Training curriculum, enterprise development and Financial forecasting, writing Business Plan, Project proposal for grants and Budget Preparation. Yearly turnover of UDDIPAN was 350 million US dollar and total staff member were 3500. I am self-motivated, very sincerely, honest and extreme laborious operating till project finish.
