m a multi skilled agent, trained for different accounts and department. Im a journalist by profession and was able to practice in the past. But because of the high demand of the cost of living and having 2 kids I decided to shift to the bpo industry. Im a customer service rep and technical support rep at the same time...was able to do sales and billing collections and sales as well. As of the moment im currently looking for a job where I can work at home and do my duties as a mom at the same time. Willing to accept and do the job as long as it is home base. As much as I wanted to do the job in the office I still prefer to just stay at home and do something that would help me earn extra. I'm a family first person and I am in the stage where my kids needed me the most now. I also do online selling and marketing. I sell beauty products and manage our small print shop where I look for clients and offer our service.
