Multilingual Management Assitant

My name is Alexandra, I'm a 32 years old, state proofed foreign language Secretary from Germany, who is living in Casablanca, Morocco at the moment. With my previous job as a Management Assistant, I managed the inbox and calendar of the CEO, organized his business travels and expense reports and smoothen in general his daily life as much as possible. This involved as well the communication with the business partners as well as internal communication and organization and negotiation with third parties such as Catering and Event companies. When working as a Senior Supervisor at Apple Care I was responsible to resolve the issues of our German and English speaking customers in a timely manner via Email, phone, and chat involving our Engineering Team and other internal parties. With my previous job as a Reservations Agent for Prestigia.com, a booking website, I assured our customers a comfortable vacation by organizing their travels and helping them resolving every upcoming issue as soon as possible and contacting their hotels and rental agencies. Since working as a freelancer I’m also working as a Team Assistant for different projects such as Amazon Keyword search and product placing, Website Content migration, Transcription, and Social Media Management. I also did various translation and transcription work from English to German and vice versa. I’m used to working independent, reliable and with a focus on issue resolution in a timely manner from home. I'm also very familiar with Microsoft Office and OSX Programs as well as CMS. I have a stable internet connection and access to a VoIP Phone as well as via Skype.
