2. Doing reports for the Agent Level
3. In-charge of Calibration sessions (recruitment process) with Call Center Partners for the Agent Level
4. Coordinates recruitment concerns to the company’s call center
5. Phone screening candidates
6. Interviewing Candidates
7. Reviews resumes sent via email/post mail and calls applicants, schedules interview. 8.Organizes applicants’ CV’s, exam and testing results using the company’s
database (VCC Hiring System Program):
9. Provide information to potential applicants and communicate with candidates.
10. Attends job fairs and in-charge of disseminating and sourcing leads.
11. Reports to I.T. and Career Placement Manager
