• Assist the Chief Marketing Officer in day-to-day activities and facilitates the efficiency, order and harmony of the office of the CMO. • Establish department papers/documents& records and ensuring constant updating. • Customer Co-ordination • Preparing travel itineraries and coordinating with travel agents for visa and travel bookings, hotel bookings, car rentals etc. • Taking dictation, typing • Screen Emails replies, distribution, follow-ups, filling • Arranging, Fixing and Managing appointments and meetings • Maintain personal Calendar of the CMO & being sufficiently aware of his movements and priorities as to schedule appointments with confidence where necessary. • Communication / coordination with all concerned associated with the project to convey decisions / orders from Chief Marketing Officer • Preparing Reports,Minutes of meeting and circulate to the respective Department • Managing Business / Contact Cards and Guest List data • Open and distribute the correspondence specifically for the CMO (this includes electronic communications). • Handling telephone enquiries, redirecting calls and taking messages. • Handling MIS reports on CRM • Generates and processes new sales leads using variety of sources • Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise • Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format • Follows up with customers to make sure that sales people are doing their job correctly • Makes sure that sales people are on track with sales goals • Co-ordination with other departments for invoicing, procurement or logistics • Provides all the necessary data or reports to the Sales team • Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have same problems, reports the problems as necessary • Acknowledge customers by responding to emails , texts and phone calls • Update all contact information for clients • Deals with customer complaints and resolve the issue as necessary • All the administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents • Provide data and guides to help the sales team • Manage database and reports • Attending meetings and prepare minutes • Work closely with customer service and planning as and when required
