As your Virtual Assistant, I will leverage all of my corporate and services experience to ensure that you are always on time, on track, and on top of your business. My bottom line is let me handle the headaches so you can put 100% of your efforts into growing your business.

Here are some of the tasks that I will expertly perform when you work with me:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle correspondence, filter messages, and respond on your behalf when necessary, and according to your guidelines.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.


Client Relations:

  • Serve as your primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.


Project Management:

  • Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Maintain project documentation and status reports.


Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
  • Monitor social media trends and provide insights for improving our online presence.


Research and Data Entry:

  • Conduct market research and compile data for various projects.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in company databases and CRM systems.
  • Conduct data analysis and create presentations based on the results.
  • Manage and create Excel and Power BI databases.


Technical Support:

  • Assist with basic technical issues and coordinate with IT support when necessary.
  • Manage and update the company website and other digital platforms.


Legal Research & Support:

  • Draft contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding, disclaimers, privacy and confidentiality agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Legal research and opinion drafting.


My Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design skills (Canva, Designer).
  • Data analysis experience (Excel, Power BI).


My Working Hours:

  • My working hours are flexible, and I am willing to accommodate different time zones, so you can count on me wherever you are.
  • I will be available for meetings and urgent tasks outside regular hours.
