Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
As a dedicated Notion Consultant and Administrative Virtual Assistant, I operate with flexibility to accommodate a wide range of client needs across different time zones. My standard hours of operation are:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekends & Public Holidays: Closed (unless pre-scheduled for urgent support)
However, I do offer flexibility for urgent project needs, international collaborations, or time-sensitive tasks. Clients are encouraged to schedule meetings or consultations in advance to ensure availability.
Payment Terms:
My payment structure is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring clarity for both short-term and long-term engagements.
For One-Time Projects or Consultations:
50% deposit upfront to secure the project
50% balance due upon project completion and delivery
For Ongoing Virtual Assistance or Retainer Packages:
Monthly billing at the beginning of each cycle
Net 7 or Net 14 payment terms depending on the scope of services
Communication is professional yet approachable. I aim to provide prompt responses within business hours, typically replying to emails within 24 hours on weekdays. For ongoing collaborations, I adapt to each client’s workflow and am happy to integrate into existing communication tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Asana, Slack).
I prioritize clarity, consistency, and mutual respect in all communications.
