About

Account Type: Individual, this is your own practice, not an agency. Tagline (under 190 chars): Executive & Operations Partner helping NGO founders and nonprofit leaders build systems.

I'm an Executive and Operations Partner working with NGO founders, nonprofit executives, and mission-driven leaders who need someone to own the operational side of the work so they can stay focused on strategy and impact.

In my most recent role, I took a team's on-time donor reporting from 55% to 92% and cut correspondence response time from days to under four hours. My background sits at the intersection of community health, MEAL (monitoring, evaluation, accountability, learning), and AI-enabled operations, so I step into donor-funded environments without a learning curve. I understand grant compliance and donor reporting cycles, and what it costs an organization when the operational layer stops holding up under pressure.

What I handle: calendars and stakeholder correspondence, donor and MEAL report preparation, cloud-based filing systems built to pass an audit, meeting coordination, and process documentation so institutional knowledge doesn't live in one person's head.

Tools: Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, Zapier, Notion, Airtable, Calendly, Canva, and Claude for AI-assisted workflows.

Based in Kenya, working remotely with clients across the US, UK, Australia, and Africa.

Work Terms

I respond to messages within four hours during standard working hours (EAT, GMT+3), and I structure my week to overlap with US, UK, and Australia time zones so scheduling and follow-ups don't stall on either end.

For new engagements, I start with a short discovery call to scope the work and agree on deliverables and timelines before anything is billed. Ongoing work is tracked through a shared system, Asana or Google Workspace depending on client preference, so progress is visible without needing status-check meetings.

Payment is due on a biweekly basis for ongoing engagements, or per milestone for defined, short-term projects. I ask for at least 48 hours' notice for schedule changes or added scope beyond what was agreed, so turnaround times stay realistic.

I'm available for both hourly and retainer-based arrangements, and I'm happy to start with a smaller trial project before committing to a longer-term engagement.
