Work Terms
1. Availability:
I am available Monday to Saturday, with flexible hours to meet deadlines across different time zones. Urgent or weekend projects can be accommodated upon request.
2. Communication:
I respond promptly via Guru messages.
3. Project Scope & Instructions:
Please provide clear instructions, reference material (if any), and required formatting/style guidelines at the start of the project to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
4. Delivery Time:
Turnaround time depends on the project size and complexity. However, I always aim to deliver before deadlines while maintaining high quality. Rush delivery is possible with prior agreement.
5. Revisions:
I offer up to 2 free revisions for translation, editing, or data entry work to ensure client satisfaction. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
6. Payment Terms:
• For fixed-price projects: 50% upfront (if applicable), with the balance upon final delivery.
7. Confidentiality:
All client documents and information are treated as strictly confidential. I am happy to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) if required.
