I'm a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with over 8 years of experience in the BPO industry, working across TELUS International, VXI, Alorica, Sitel, and Helport AI in outbound sales, technical support, customer support, and team leadership.
Today, I work as a remote Sales & Operations VA for a US-based mobile detailing business, where I manage the GoHighLevel CRM, the booking website, client sales conversations, invoicing, and daily operations. I also support marketing for a Philippine handwoven bag startup, handling social media content and outreach.
What sets me apart isn't just task execution — it's understanding the business behind the task. My sales background means I know how to build trust with clients, follow up without being pushy, and spot when a relationship needs attention before it turns into a lost account. My operations background means I keep things organized, documented, and running smoothly even when I'm managing multiple priorities at once.

Work Terms
Available Monday–Friday, with flexibility for weekend or after-hours support when needed. Comfortable working across US time zones (Eastern, Central, Pacific, and Hawaii). Preferred communication via email, Slack, or WhatsApp, with regular check-ins to stay aligned on priorities. Open to hourly, part-time, or full-time arrangements.
