Work Terms

1. Project Process
We follow a structured Agile methodology.
Every project starts with a Discovery & Requirement Workshop.
Clear milestones and deliverables will be defined before starting development.
Weekly progress updates and demo meetings.
2. Payment Terms
30% upfront / upon project kickoff
40% after UI/UX approval or midpoint milestone
30% upon project delivery and client approval
For long-term or monthly projects: Monthly invoicing (Net 7 or Net 15 days)
All payments via Guru’s SafePay / Escrow (recommended)
3. Revisions & Changes
Minor revisions are included in every milestone.
Major changes or scope additions will be handled via Change Request with additional cost and timeline.
Free revisions: Up to 2 rounds per milestone (standard).
4. Project Timeline
Timeline will be mutually agreed upon in the proposal.
We are committed to on-time delivery.
Any delays due to client feedback or late approvals will adjust the timeline accordingly.
5. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Full source code and ownership rights are transferred to the client upon final payment.
We do not use client code for our portfolio without permission.
6. Confidentiality
Complete NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) can be signed upon request.
All project details and data remain strictly confidential.
7. Post-Delivery Support
15-30 days of free bug-fixing support after final delivery.
Extended maintenance and support packages available.
8. Communication
Primary communication via Guru messages + scheduled calls (Zoom/Google Meet).
We assign a dedicated Project Manager for every project.
9. Termination
Either party can terminate the project with written notice.
Client will be billed only for work completed up to the termination date.
10. Warranty
60 days warranty on delivered work against development defects.
