Leadership in the Market
FarmEx dominated 20% of the whole Pharmaceutical market in the country. The other 80% was divided between more than 1,500 other retailers.
HHRR
I employed and directed more than 300 people: 52 in the call center, 150 delivery persons, managers, supervisors, and other administrative and financial personnel.
Distribution
We designed close to 1,000 delivery routes per day, delivering in under 45 minutes 3 thousand express orders on average per day.
Purchases
I personally negotiated with 80 national suppliers, and with more than 200 international manufacturers, maximizing profit margins, and other commercial conditions.
Marketing and Advertising
I established my brand (FarmEx) as one of the commercial brands with highest top-of-mind in the country. I pioneered the express service industry being the first to process orders through a toll-free call center.
Administration
I directed all the other vital departments of my company: Finances, Accounting, Sales.
