I have experience working with customer data management, Excel-based record keeping, bulk SMS communication, and customer support for subscription services such as DStv and GOtv. I also assist with resolving customer issues, managing communication, and ensuring timely follow-ups for service renewals and inquiries.

I am skilled in organizing information, maintaining accurate records, and handling communication efficiently. I am comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and basic communication platforms to streamline tasks and improve workflow.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation: I am available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (West Africa Time, GMT+1). I can also accommodate urgent tasks when agreed upon in advance.

Payment Terms: I prefer milestone-based or hourly payment structures depending on the scope of the project. All payments are processed securely through Guru’s platform. My rates are flexible and may vary based on project complexity, duration, and requirements.

Communication Style:
I maintain clear, professional, and timely communication throughout all projects. Preferred communication channels include Guru messaging, and WhatsApp may be used if required by the client. I also provide regular progress updates to ensure transparency and alignment.
