Work Terms

1. Project Scope & Requirements:

I require a clear, written description of project requirements before starting.

Any additional features requested after the project scope is finalized will be treated as a new task and may involve additional costs and time.

2. Communication Policy:

I prefer to communicate via the Guru messaging system to ensure all project details are documented.

I am committed to providing regular progress updates to keep the project on track.

3. Payments & Milestones:

For projects, I work on a milestone-based system. Work begins only after the initial milestone is funded.

Payment for each phase must be released upon approval of that phase before moving to the next.

4. Revisions:

I provide 2 rounds of revisions per milestone to ensure the work aligns with your vision.

Significant changes to the core structure or design after approval will require a revised timeline and budget.

5. Data & Confidentiality:

I treat all project data, database schemas, and source code with strict confidentiality.

I am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if your project requires it.

6. Final Delivery & Ownership:

Upon full payment, all source code and database documentation belong entirely to the client.

I reserve the right to showcase the project in my professional portfolio (unless otherwise agreed).
