90% of my professional career has been centered on customer relations/satisfaction. I have been responsible for, among many things; engaging with clients at a senior decision-making level to understand and meet their business needs and grow relationships with a longer term focus, managing and accountable for the accuracy of an assigned database, widening presence in existing accounts by maintaining current revenue as well as gathering marketing intelligence and sharing with the team on a monthly basis.

I can comfortably describe myself as an extrovert who loves sports and is so much into fitness. I love my weekends as occasionally I travel or hang out with friends partying and listening to good music.

Work Terms

I am very flexible when it comes to hours of operations but I tend to have more preference working for at most 9 hours preferably from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST or EST time zones.
I like the hourly mode of payment (but not to dismiss the other models) and communicate more via Skype or email.
