Work Terms

1. Payment Terms: All payments should be made through Guru.com's SafePay system to ensure a secure and timely transaction. A deposit of 20% is required before starting the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

2. Communication: I am available 24/7 for communication and updates on the project's progress. I prefer to communicate through WhatsApp, Facebook, Guru's Messaging App.

3. Revisions: I offer 1 revision for each project. If additional revisions are required, they will be subject to an additional fee.

4. Project Timeline: I will provide an estimated timeline for completion of the project once all details are confirmed. Any delays will be communicated promptly and a revised timeline will be provided.

5. Confidentiality: I understand the importance of confidentiality and will keep all client information and project details confidential. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed if requested.

6. Ownership of Work: Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, all rights and ownership of the work will transfer to the client.

7. Refunds: Refunds will only be provided if the project has not been started or if there is a dispute that is resolved in favor of the client.

8. Scope Creep: Any changes or additions to the project scope will be communicated and agreed upon by both parties in writing. Additional fees may apply for any changes or additions that are outside the original scope of the project.

9. Termination: Either party may terminate the project at any time with written notice. The client will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the point of termination.

10. Feedback: I appreciate feedback and will work with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the final product. Client satisfaction is my top priority, and I will do my best to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
