Work Terms
I am available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Philippine Standard Time, GMT+8). I can accommodate flexible schedules and different time zones when discussed in advance. Weekend or urgent work may be available upon request.
I aim to respond to all messages within 2–12 hours during business hours. Project updates and communication are provided regularly to ensure transparency and timely progress.
Hourly Rate
• $8–$12 USD per hour (Entry to Intermediate Level)
Fixed-Price Projects
• Basic Administrative Tasks (1–2 hours): Starting at $20 USD
• Data Entry & Web Research: Starting at $25 USD
• Email & Calendar Management: Starting at $25 USD
• Customer Support (Email/Chat): Starting at $30 USD
• Comprehensive Virtual Assistant Support: Starting at $50 USD, depending on project scope and complexity.
Long-Term Projects
Weekly and monthly contracts are available at competitive rates. Pricing will be customized based on the required hours, responsibilities, and project duration.
Payment Schedule
• Small projects: 100% payment upon project acceptance through Guru's SafePay.
• Large projects: Milestone-based payments are preferred to ensure transparency and smooth project progress.
• Ongoing contracts: Weekly or bi-weekly payments based on the agreed schedule.
