"Organized and Proactive Freelancer. Your partner in success."
I am Jojie Pastera Genayas, a proud graduate of Assumption College of Nabunturan, with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Operations Management. My journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to learning, hard work, and the pursuit of growth not just academically but also personally and professionally. My work experience began in the customer service industry, where I worked as a Service Crew and Onsite Supervisor in the fast-food sector for almost 4 years. This experience taught me discipline, patience, and the importance of delivering excellent service under pressure. It strengthened my communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and my capacity to multitask—skills that are essential in any professional setting. I further enhanced my skills when I took on the role of a Data Entry Specialist for three months at Savor Agency, where attention to detail and accuracy were non-negotiable. This job developed my focus, precision, and understanding of how crucial backend operations are to a company’s success. One of the most meaningful parts of my journey was completing my On-the-Job Training (OJT) at Tagum Cooperative Nabunturan Branch, where I worked across multiple departments, including Marketing, Loans, Accounting, and Documents. Here, I gained firsthand experience in administrative tasks, client relations, document handling, and financial processing. My OJT not only reinforced my technical skills but also deepened my understanding of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service excellence. At the core of my journey are the values that guide me integrity, dedication, accountability, and service to others. I believe that every task, no matter how small, contributes to a bigger purpose. I carry this mindset whether I’m serving customers, assisting clients, or handling documents behind the scenes. Beyond work, I find joy and balance through my hobbies, which include cooking, traveling, and playing sports. Cooking fuels my creativity and love for learning new skills, traveling opens my mind to new perspectives, and sports keep me disciplined and resilient.
Looking back, every challenge and opportunity I’ve encountered has prepared me for the professional world. My story continues as I strive to apply everything I’ve learned, not only to grow as an individual but also to contribute meaningfully to the organizations and communities I serve.
