About

Hello, my name is Jollybee, and I would like to share my work history.

I began my career in 2010 as a Data Technician at SPI Global, converting online books from XML to XHTML format and ensuring accuracy in spelling and grammar. After that, I joined Qualfon Inc. as a Contact Service Representative, assisting customers with phone-related issues and processing bill payments for Tracfone, Net10, and AT&T subscribers. I was promoted to CSR Tier 2 Level 2 but chose to resign after four months to care for my ill father in Surigao del Sur.

In 2016, I returned to the BPO industry, working at IBEX Global as a Billing and Sales Representative for AT&T and DirecTV. I later joined VXI Global as a Technical Representative, where I troubleshot TV signal issues and processed orders.

In 2018, I started my first remote job at USGlobal Tech while on maternity leave. I performed cleanup operations on customers' devices and sold antivirus software. After a break for my second child, I focused on account management in real estate until the accounts dissolved.

Most recently, I worked at Common as a Sales Development Representative and was promoted to Renewals Manager/Transfer Specialist, managing lease renewals for homes in Los Angeles and New York. I also created content as a Social Media Manager for local politicians and have experience in radio broadcasting.

My diverse work experiences have equipped me with strong skills in customer service, technical troubleshooting, and attention to detail. In my free time, I enjoy singing, dancing, playing volleyball, and spending quality time with my children.
