I recently completed a full overhaul of several integral processes at a hyper-growth Cloud Infrastructure Company with the sole goal of improvement the experience of every individual we encounter. I spearheaded an initiative to build out metrics & internal/external experience touch points, helping to transform data into digestible and actionable initiatives. I have over five years of experience in Operations and Customer Experience, which has presented me with a wealth of hands-on knowledge and experience in best practices, effective experience solutions, and solving tricky situations in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. I have a very strong passion for my job, everything from daily interactions with employees/clients to building customizable solutions to solve complex analytical and operational problems, as well as working with cross functional teams to improve processes and learn something new!
