Work Terms

1. Business Hours:

Availability for urgent matters can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Communication:
The primary communication channel is email.
Response time for non-urgent inquiries is within 24 hours during regular business hours.
Urgent matters will receive immediate attention.

3. Flexibility:
Flexibility for occasional weekend or extended hours based on prior agreement and project requirements.
Prior notice for extended availability during non-standard hours will be communicated.

4. Task Turnaround:
Timely completion of tasks within agreed-upon deadlines.
For larger projects, a mutually agreed-upon timeline will be established.

5. Weekly Updates:
Weekly progress updates summarizing completed tasks and outlining upcoming priorities. Discussion of any challenges or need for adjustments to the workflow.

6. Confidentiality:
Strict adherence to confidentiality and data security protocols. Signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request.

7. Payment Terms:
Invoicing will be done bi-weekly or monthly, depending on the arrangement.
Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of services.

8. Trial Period:
A trial period may be offered for new clients to ensure compatibility and satisfaction. During this period, both parties can evaluate the working relationship and make any necessary adjustments.

9. Continuous Improvement:

Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
Regular check-ins to discuss performance, address concerns, and identify areas for enhancement.

10. Contract Terms:
Longer-term contracts or project-based arrangements can be discussed as needed.

11. Collaboration Tools:
Familiar with platforms such as Trello, Asana, or Slack for seamless coordination.
