Operational Management Facilitator
I'm a well seasoned operational restaurant manager, with over 3 years in senior management roles for a local franchised eatery in South Africa. I have extensive knowledge in human resources, project drafting and execution, executive duties, interviewing, hiring, dismissing, training, and facilitation. I also have extensive knowledge in customer conflict resolution/handling. I have finished two courses in facilitation and training, as well as leadership development.
I'm an alumni at the University of the Free State, South Africa; with a BA Hons in Film and Visual Media and a Bachelor's in Drama and Theatrical Arts and Stagecraft. My passion is to entertain and I incorporate this into my coaching, facilitation, and training sessions. I have experience in playwriting, screenwriting, directing, and theatre stage setting. Creative writing is one of my hobbies nowadays, but I do love doing it so much. I also am able to film and edit videos; my preferred editing software being Adobe Premiere Pro and Resolve.
As a side note I completed 2 years of study in Greco-Roman and near-Eastern mythology. I have a fascination with the legends of old.
My hobbies include playing guitar and making music, playing video games, and writing poetry. I love art and being creative, it's what drives me.
As you can see, I am a multi-faceted individual with many capabilities. I am a hard worker, extremely passionate, and a blazing fast learner. I always have a can-do attitude and will not only deliver on every project given, but I aim to go above and beyond. I will impress you, guaranteed.
