I am Malik Adil, a Virtual Assistant with a Software Engineering degree from GIFT University and 2 years of hands-on experience in research, technical documentation and professional communication.
I led the complete research and documentation for Alzmate — a real-world healthcare application for Alzheimer's patients — delivering a full SRS document, use cases, test cases and system diagrams to industry standards. That project taught me how to manage complex information, meet deadlines and communicate clearly under pressure — skills I now bring to every client I work with.
I help business owners with email management, customer support, research, data entry, social media management, content writing and lead generation. I am fluent in English, highly responsive and treat every client's business with the same dedication I gave my own projects.
Outside of work I enjoy sports and films — I find that staying active keeps me sharp and focused, and studying storytelling through cinema has sharpened my ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively — a skill that directly benefits the content writing and customer communication work I do for clients.
I am available immediately, respond within 2 hours and am fully committed to delivering work that exceeds expectations every single time.

Work Terms

I am available part-time and full-time for remote work and can adjust my hours to suit US, UK or Australian clients. I respond to all messages within 2 hours during working hours. Preferred payment method is Payoneer via Guru SafePay. I deliver all work on time and communicate proactively if any issues arise. I am open to both short-term projects and long-term working relationships.
