Work Terms
1. Payment Policy
Deposit: A 50% upfront milestone is required to initiate any project.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% must be cleared before the delivery of final high-resolution source files.

2. Revision Policy
Standard: Each package includes 3 rounds of major revisions.
Scope: Revisions include tweaks to colors, fonts, or layout. A complete change in the original creative brief will be treated as a new project and billed accordingly.
Turnaround: Revision requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
3. Deliverables & Ownership
Formats: You will receive industry-standard files: AI, EPS (Vector), PSD, PDF, JPG, and PNG (Transparent).
Rights: Upon final payment, the client gains full commercial ownership and copyright of the final chosen design.
Portfolio: I reserve the right to display the completed work in my professional portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
4. Communication & Timelines
Office Hours: Available for consultation [e.g., MonโSat, 9 AM โ 6 PM PKT].
Response Time: I guarantee a response to all queries within 3โ5 hours.
Deadlines: Projects are delivered strictly on the agreed-upon date. Delays in client feedback or content provision may shift the final delivery date.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
If the project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable to cover the time spent on research and drafts.
If I am unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued immediately.
