Work Terms
Availability:
I am available for both short-term and long-term projects. I work Monday to Saturday, 9 AM–6PM WAT, and can adjust to meet client needs where possible.
Communication:
I prefer to communicate through Guru's messaging system or email for clarity and record-keeping. I'm also open to video or voice calls if required.
Payment Terms:
I prefer using Guru’s SafePay system for secure transactions. For fixed-price jobs, I request milestone-based payments. For hourly projects, I use the time tracker for transparency.
Turnaround Time:
I provide quick turnaround times without compromising on quality. Deadlines are strictly respected. Urgent tasks can be handled upon request.
Revisions:
I offer 2 free revisions per project to ensure satisfaction. Additional revisions may attract a small fee, depending on the complexity.
Confidentiality:
Client data is treated with the utmost confidentiality. I’m open to signing NDAs for sensitive projects.
