Hours of Operation
I operate Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT). For clients in different time zones, I adjust my availability to ensure overlap for meetings and urgent support. Weekend or after-hours tasks can be arranged upon request.
Communication Style
Clear, timely, and client-centered communication is my standard.
Primary communication: gmail and WhatsApp (for quick updates).
Project management tools: Trello, Asana, or your preferred system.
Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins: to review progress, priorities, and next steps.
Payment Terms
Flexible options: hourly rates, retainer packages, or project-based pricing.
Invoices are sent bi-weekly or monthly (based on our agreement).
