My name is Prince, I'm a professional customer service specialist graduated in Electrical Engineering, I've been a Customer Support Representative for almost 4 years. I handled Phone, Email and Chat support.

I'm a self-starter and self-motivated. I have great communication skills, I'm versatile and eager to learn new things as I'm always looking to improve myself.
