I'm Raquel. I have a fantastic job as a VIRTUAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT that allows me to help lower stress for small business owners and entrepreneurs by handling your administrative business needs. I love that each job is a new challenge, which keeps me learning new skills and business processes so that I'm always able to deliver on my promises.

As with any business, there are daily admin tasks that have to be taken care of, like, now—wishing more hours in a day or the ability to duplicate yourself to complete your daily to-do lists, who has time for that?! Your business can not grow if you don't check your email, respond to social media messages, or schedule appointments or meetings; these are just a few of the MANY tasks that keep things running smoothly. That's where I come in!! I handle all that for you! That's why partnering with me will give you the time you need to focus on your most important task, RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS!

As an experienced Administrative Assistant, Accounts Receivable Manager, and Virtual Assistant, I assure you I will be a valuable asset to help organize and grow your business. My skills include working with CRM software, G-Suite, Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office.

Work Terms

Mon-Fri. 10am-5pm Est., I invoice weekly on Thursday's for payment to be made on Friday's. I also provide you with a weekly overview of my work, what's been completed, what I'm working on and anything questions that are not urgent. I communicate as much as you would like for check-in's and hours worked.
