Adapting, Evolving, Delivering — Every Step of the Way

I’m a passionate and resilient professional with a diverse background spanning IT support, UX design, office management, escrow, and insurance claims. After years in traditional roles, I returned to school and earned an AAS in IT Support from Miller-Motte College, graduating with honors. I also completed the Google UX Design Professional Certificate, which sparked my love for user-centered design and problem-solving through technology.

My career journey has taught me the value of adaptability, empathy, and persistence. From managing teams and tight deadlines as an Office Manager at X-Treme Remodeling to supporting complex transactions as an Escrow Assistant at Chicago Title, I’ve always prioritized people, process, and purpose.

Now, I’m channeling those skills into entrepreneurship. My husband and I started Stronghold Renovations, a remodeling company built for families and individuals on a budget, because we believe everyone deserves a safe, beautiful home without breaking the bank.

Outside of work, I enjoy home projects, tech tinkering, and continuously learning new skills. I’m fueled by a desire to help others, create meaningful experiences, and build a life rooted in integrity, creativity, and compassion.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST)
Will also do evening and weekend hours

Preferred Communication:
I value clear and consistent communication. Email is preferred for detailed discussions and documentation. I’m also available for phone calls or video meetings by appointment. Quick check-ins via text or messaging apps (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp) are welcome for ongoing projects.

Turnaround Time:
Varies based on project scope, but I strive to deliver high-quality work promptly and within agreed timelines. Rush jobs may be accommodated upon request.

I believe in transparency, feedback-driven workflows, and building respectful partnerships. Whether working independently or in a team, I focus on solutions that meet your needs and exceed expectations.
