Work Terms
Availability
• Mon–Fri, flexible hours (Europe/Riga, GMT+2 / GMT+3)
• Typical response time: under 12 hours on business days
• Weekends by agreement for urgent deadlines
Communication
• Preferred: Guru messages + email
• Optional: short calls (Zoom/Google Meet) for kickoff and reviews
• Language: English (clear written updates at every stage)

Payment
• Fixed-price projects preferred (milestones via Guru)
• 30–50% start / remainder on delivery for larger work

• Export-ready formats (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, MP4, etc.)
• Simple usage notes when needed for brand work
Revisions & scope
• Two revision rounds included in standard fixed quotes
• Extra rounds or major scope changes billed separately after a quick written estimate
Timezone note: based in Riga, Latvia — overlap well with EU and partial US hours.
