Work Terms
Hourly Work:
Suitable for changing requirements, ongoing development, consulting, maintenance and debugging.
- Hourly rate and estimated hours are agreed before work starts.
- Weekly limits are defined in advance.
- Additional hours require prior approval.
- Billing is based on approved hours worked.
Fixed-Cost Work:
Suitable for clearly defined projects and deliverables.
- The project is divided into milestones where required.
- Each milestone includes deliverables, timeline, acceptance criteria and payment amount.
- Work outside the agreed scope is estimated separately.
- New requirements are started after approval of the revised cost and timeline.
Standard Terms
- Scope, deliverables, schedule and payment terms are agreed before work starts.
- Project materials, content, feedback and approvals should be provided on time.
- Communication and review schedules are agreed during project setup.
- Work begins after both parties accept the Guru Agreement and payment arrangement.
Response time: within 1 business day.
IP: full code and rights transfer on final payment.
