Our Company's Working Terms:
Hourly Engagements:
For hourly projects, we maintain complete transparency through weekly timesheets that detail the hours invested in each task. Invoices are issued based on the approved timesheets.
Our minimum hourly rate is $15 USD.
Fixed-Price Projects:
For projects up to $5,000 USD:
• 40% advance to initiate the project
• 60% upon final delivery
For projects above $5,000 USD:
• 30% advance payment to begin
• 50% distributed across agreed milestones during development
• 20% upon final delivery and project completion
This structure ensures steady progress while protecting both parties throughout the project lifecycle.
Communication & Project Updates:
We prioritize clear and consistent communication. Clients receive weekly or bi-weekly progress updates outlining completed work, upcoming milestones, and any required feedback.
Our team remains accessible through multiple communication channels including Skype, Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, and Google Chat, ensuring quick responses and smooth collaboration.
Availability
We operate with a 24/7 working model, allowing projects to move forward across time zones and ensuring minimal turnaround time. Our goal is to keep development progressing even while clients are offline.
