I am 26-year-old specialist based in Poland. I am passionate about customer service and keen to further develop my leadership skills. I am able to work very effectively under pressure of time, independently and in a team and I am well organized. I am fully commitment and creative, willing to learn and develop my skills. Furthermore, I have excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English. I have extensive knowledge of MS Excel as all of my past positions involved deep understanding of Excel and working with its tools. Working as the Account Manager at Warsaw Stock Exchange gave me the opportunity to deeply understand communication with clients. I gained the experience mainly in acquiring new clients, negotiating contracts and building relationships with prospective foreign clients. I have worked mainly by e-mails and phone calls. I do believe that this position helped me in building my strengths and I enjoyed working with clients. Moreover, being responsible for MIFIR II/MIFIR implementation project with regards to market data field helped me to develop my leadership and decision making skills. Prior to the Account Manager position, I was working as Regional Contribution Analyst at Bloomberg. My main responsibilities covered customer service - managing client queries regarding 3rd party real-time data feeds on the Bloomberg terminal (including fixed income, foreign exchange, commodities, and indices), handling internal and external queries and requests regarding historical market data and feeds and providing internal and external technical expertise and support. This position enabled me to develop my interest in the financial markets and gain experience in customer service. Moreover, I developed strong analytical skills while working on Bloomberg terminal and using MS Office programs (mainly MS Excel). I was also working on multiple continuous improvement projects, which has familiarized me with project work. This work has taught me responsibility, accuracy and thoroughness. Master degree in Finance gave me the opportunity to get acquainted with the problems of economics, financial markets, statistics. During Master studies at Warsaw School of Economics I carried out empirical studies on use of technical analysis on Forex market, which results has been presented in my master graduation paper “Applicaton of technical analysis in trading decisions on the Forex market”.
