Key responsibilities:

1. Calendar management 

- Scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating meetings to avoid conflicts and maximize time efficiency. It also involves handling communication by managing inboxes, drafting responses, and ensuring clear and professional correspondence. Managing phone calls is also essential, such as answering, screening, and routing calls while taking accurate messages and following up as needed.


2. Document preparation and organization 

 - Drafting, formatting, and proofreading reports, presentations, and memos. Administrative assistants are also responsible for maintaining well-organized digital and physical filing systems and ensuring data is accurately entered and updated.


3. Travel coordination 

- Involving booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, as well as preparing detailed itineraries and handling last-minute changes. Meeting support includes preparing agendas, taking notes, and organizing logistics for both in-person and virtual meetings.


4. General office support tasks 

- Ordering supplies, tracking inventory, assisting internal communications, and managing small projects are often part of the role. Above all, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism is crucial—handling sensitive information with discretion while consistently demonstrating a proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable approach.
