I wrote this to match the client's problem exactly:


Project Goal: The client needed a system to manage a 3-month coaching program, payments, remaining balances, and automatically messaged  accepted students.

The Solution: I built a Relational Database in Airtable linked to a Message Automation.

Key Features:

  • Smart Financials: Automatic calculation of "Amount Paid" vs. "Remaining Balance."

  • Date records: Auto-calculates the "Program End Date" (3 months from start).

  • Automated Onboarding: When a student is marked "Accepted," they instantly receive a Welcome message.


Tools Used: Airtable, Automation Logic, CRM Management.
