Customer Service

I have over 15 years experience customer service experience (incoming and outgoing calls), live chat, email support, telemarketing/teleprospecting (business to business and residential)direct mail follow up, lead generation, appointment setting, data entry, managing social media (such as Facebook and Twitter), internet research,database creation and clean up (gathering, updating & confirming information) and list building.

I am a skilled typist with excellent grammar, spelling,vocabulary and am proficient with most office programs, such as Excel & Google Docs. My help desk experience includes SmarterTrack and Zendesk. I have worked with several CRM's such as Salesmetric, Salesforce, Rave, Zoho, Sugar, SalesBiz, FreeCRM, SecureSheet and Sage. I also have extensive experience in eCommerce sites, such as Magento.

I am available to work as little as 5 hours a week,and as many as 40+. I am dependable, always work my scheduled hours, do not call in sick, start late or leave early. I take pride in my work and no matter how small or large a project is I always do the best job I can!

I invoice only through and prefer to be paid weekly, but if a company has another pay schedule in place,such as twice a month, I am willing to discuss, on a case by case basis, a different pay schedule.
