I have over 20 years experience with both business to business and residential telemarketing/teleprospecting, direct mail follow up, lead generation, appointment setting, customer service, data entry, email support/marketing, live chats, managing social media such as Facebook and Twitter, internet research, inbound and outbound customer service, updating/confirming data, gathering information, database cleanup and list building. I am a skilled typist with excellent grammar, spelling,vocabulary and am proficient with most office programs, such as Excel, Google Docs and Paradox. My help desk experience includes SmarterTrack and Zendesk,I have worked with several CRM's such as Salesmetric, Salesforce, Rave, Zoho, Sugar, SalesBiz, FreeCRM, SecureSheet and Sage and I also have extensive experience in ecommerce sites, such as Magento.My availability is as little as 5 hours a week and as many as 40+. Work Terms
I invoice only through guru.com. I prefer to invoice my employers on Fridays (or the last working day of the week) and ask to be paid by the end of the business day on Monday. However, if a company prefers a different pay schedule or has another pay schedule already in place, I am flexible on a case by case basis. I am available for projects as little as 5 hours a week, and as many as 40+.I take pride in my work, provide detailed notes, daily and weekly reports and am extremely dependable. I am interested in both short term and long term projects.
