I am a skilled typist with excellent grammar, spelling,vocabulary and am proficient with most office programs, such as Excel & Google Docs. My help desk experience includes SmarterTrack and Zendesk. I have worked with several CRM's such as Salesmetric, Salesforce, Rave, Zoho, Sugar, SalesBiz, FreeCRM, SecureSheet and Sage and I also have extensive experience with eCommerce sites, such as Magento.
I am available to work as little as 5 hours a week,and as many as 40+. I am dependable, always work my scheduled hours, do not call in sick, start late or leave early. I take pride in my work and no matter how small or large a project is I always do the best job I can!
I invoice only through guru.com and prefer to be paid weekly, but if a company has another pay schedule in place,such as twice a month, I am willing to discuss, on a case by case basis, a different pay schedule.
