With over 35 years’ experience at C-suite level, I am very organised, extremely literate and articulate, with excellent spelling and word comprehension.  I work well under pressure and have a very high attention to detail, and am very flexible in terms of working hours.

Over the last few years, I have worked as a self-employed Virtual Assistant, where I am able to put my many years of experience to good use assisting clients with both their business and personal lives, whilst still being available for my children.

The services I provide are as follows:

- Diary management: booking meetings and venues, setting up conference calls.

- Inbox management: sorting/fielding/drafting messages.

- Travel organisation: booking transportation, hotels & transfers, arranging visas, creating itineraries.

- Event organisation: sourcing suitable venues and liaising re arrangements, sending out invitations and recording responses.

- Restaurant bookings.

- Maintaining contact lists / client databases.

- Invoice tracking.

- Expense management.

- Document / presentation production.

- Proofreading.

- Audio transcription/typing.

- Copy typing.

- Lifestyle management: anything in your personal life you need assistance with, ie booking theatre tickets, finding a replacement appliance, researching holidays, local builders or decorators, buying birthday or Christmas presents, car maintenance, etc - anything that helps to free up your time.

- Property management, including rentals.

- General research.
