Re-writing of product description to ensure that the site ranks high 3. Searching and removing duplicated products and photos 4. Fulfilling orders 5. Following up with customers by answering questions via email, live chat or via the telephone 6. Customer Retention using a CRM eg. Salesforce 7. Social Media Management ( FB, twitter, Instagram and Pinterest) 8. Bookkeeping/ Invoicing 9. Product Sourcing 10. Light Photo editing to remove water mark or improve quality.
