I've a wealth of experience in the BPO industry thus far. I started out as a normal agent, now graduated to being a team manager and trainer. I've around 7 years of experience in this industry. I've been into air ticket booking, data entry, chat support, mostly voice support both technical and non-technical, medical billing, grants, outbound selling, inbound sales and have coached more than 200 candidates for sales and over 200 candidates on technical support. I'm excellent in typing skills and I've been an article writer for a couple of years now. I love nutrition and have done health and nutrition based articles for a while too. I was a working partner in a UK based firm for about 8 months and am now freelancing from home.
